We would be right to assume that seasoned rappers 2 Chainz and Lil Wayne would stop at nothing to break into the hip-hop industry when they aren’t recording new music or traveling the globe repeatedly.
However, it seems that the two MCs are just as excited in engaging in it during their free time, based on their most recent collaborative interview, where they asked each other about everything related to the genre.
This topic was raised in response to the recent tweet that went viral online and was headlined “Mixtape Mount Rushmore.”
The two MCs then get into a heated debate on the greatest mixtapes of all time, ranking songs like Wayne’s own The Dedication, Future and DJ Esco’s 56 Nights, and Drake’s Trap or ʀie.
The fact that both of them seem lot more relaxed than when they played tricks on each other younger (does anyone else feel like they’re aging faster than they are right now?) provides an intriguing behind-the-scenes look at two of the brightest minds in the game at the moment. The interview can be seen in its entirety here.
