Serena Williams is experiencing a proud motherly moment.
On Friday, April 19, the 42-year-old tennis pro shared that she went to her 6-year-old daughter Olympia’s school recital earlier that day and posted a sweet message on X , officially known as Twitter .
“Today I went to my kid’s school performance. And uh, it’s not like I was choking up and blinking 100 times to keep the tears from falling,” Williams wrote.
In an April interview with Byrdie, Williams, who recently launched a beauty brand, shared that since becoming a mom to her two daughters, her relationship with inner and outer beauty has changed.
