Lil Wayne doesn’t keep his emotions over his wax figure inside of him.

 

The 41-year-old rapper, real n/ ame Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., recently discussed his feelings regarding his wax figure at the Hollywood Wax Museum in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

Wax museum, I’m sorry, but that’s not who I am! On X, the previous Twitter platform, he stated on Monday, “You made an effort, though, and I appreciate that.”

Since at least the summer of 2022, when a video of the statue was initially uploaded on T i/k T o  k and garnered a lot of attention recently, Lil Wayne’s wax figure has been on exhibit at the Hollywood Wax Museum.

Following his Instagram revelation that he had gotten in touch with the Grévin Museum in Paris to alter the skin tone of his own wax figure, Dwayne Johnson confirmed this.

 

On Sunday, the 51-year-old actor shared a video of comedian James Andre Jefferson Jr. making fun of the wax figure’s lighter skin tone in comparison to Johnson. Since the exhibit’s inauguration on October 16, the statue has drawn criticism.
